Your role
The open position is within our Group Finance team. As our assistant group controller you will support with all aspects of financial management. You will be working independently or jointly to support to the finance operations of the wider Group as well as of a number of smaller entities. Alongside you will be tasked with a number of improvement activities at Group or together with operating companies.

As part of the Group Finance team you will be supporting:

• The Group wide business performance, budget and forecast cycle;
• The consolidation, external reporting and statutory accounts of the Group;
• Accounting of our Group entity;
• External audits;
• Further standardization of Ecorys finance processes;
• Expanding the benefits of our ERP system.

Importantly, we do not have a large team at Group so whatever you say, think or do makes the difference.

What will you bring

• A master in Business Economics, Finance or Accounting;
• Strong analytical skills;
• Experience with accounting and financial control;
• 3 years’ experience;
• Good written and verbal presentation skills in English;
• Skills and experience in (non) Dutch taxation is an asset;
• Organizational sensitivity, international experience is an asset;
• Experience with Unit4 BW and Tagetik is an asset;
• Knowledge of the Dutch language is an asset.
