Key responsibilities:
- Build an agenda of Margin Reviews involving different accounts and sites
- Identify, plan and implement commercial actions that create profitable growth and are aligned with customer needs
- Identify action pipeline on price/mix changes, commercial leakages, cost to serve, relationships and leads
- Support, prepare and guide sales managers and executives to the right commercial initiatives
- Roll out best practices across SIG BiB&SP (Bag in Box & Spouted Pouches)
- Work with Finance Controller to define and implement a standard way of costing our products across all sites
- Support and validate Pricing Strategy along with the Sales Director SP & Sales Director BiB and Sales Managers
- Gatekeeper in the quotation process for the projects or tenders that will be managed centrally
- Define and lead communication process to make sure the evolution of the raw material prices is reflected in our pricing policies
- Identify opportunities in target pricing. Define actions to move from a cost plus approach to a market pricing
- Support Marketing and R&D in pricing of new products
- Develop pricing model for Value Added Services
