Position Overview

To provide finance analyses/ forecast/ budget/ control support for Pernis TAR, project, operation organization;

Daily, Weekly, monthly cost tracking and forecasting during preparation and execution of turn around and projects.

Delivers input for the monthly close and forecast.

Delivers input for the budget and forecast process.

Is actively involved in the scoping, forecasting and in the closing process of the TARs and the projects.

He manages and reports the asset under construction positions on the balance sheet.

Job Responsibilities

Prepare budgets and cost overview, consolidations, forecasts for maintenance, TAR and Projects;

Report on operational KPI's (maintenance, TAR and Projects);

Analyze KPI's and define mitigating actions with the Technical, TAR and projects team;

Analyze / implement improvements of the financial Turnaround and project processes;

Support and drive the outsourcing of TAR work package's;

Own and support procurement of TAR activities (materials, service's and contractors);

Actively involved in the closing process of the TARs and the projects;

Managing the asset under construction on the balance sheet;

Managing the purchase process in the TARs and projects;

Responsible for budgets of TAR, incl. budget and Forecast reporting;

Daily/ Week / monthly TAR cost report during TAR's and projects;

Calculation and reporting of memi's;

Asset under construction reports monthly + mitigating actions;

Supporting Site Controller and acts as back-up of his/her tasks

Minimum Qualifications

Finance or Accounting Degree ("HBO level");

Requires 5 years manufacturing finance experience;

Fluent in English;

Knowledge / understanding of accounting practices;

Knowledge / understanding of SOX;

Knowledge / understanding of SAP;

Knowledge / understanding of Excel;

Knowledge / understanding of BW (Business warehouse);

Good communicative skills;

Good prioritization skills;

Result oriented approach.

Ability to travel between site and headquarters.
