Senior Logistics Analyst

The Senior Logistics Analyst lies within the Continental Europe Region. You will be working in a high performing team- alongside peers always trying to reach the next level. You will be reporting into the Logistics Manager HUB. Get ready for a lot of exposure to internal and external stakeholders. The Transport Planning Team is located in our GBS Center in India and is composed of 9 members- including 4 reporting directly to you. The main responsibilities will be managing the day-to-day operations for International Freight-to-Warehouse (FTW) to ensure that Kraft Heinz products are being delivered on time in the right locations- while keeping a close look at the costs. Performance needs to be managed in the short and medium term.

In brief- you will be responsible to:

• Manage the Transport Planning team
• Monitor and review team performance and ensure execution of transportation operations
• Manage a yearly tender for the transportation scope
• Review and manage carrier performance while building relationships
• Stay in touch with the different internal and external stakeholders for optimization initiatives and continuous improvement implementation
• Keep the database up to date for locations- suppliers- and rates
• Cost control and monitoring- with a close relationship with finance for budgeting
• Monitor and support with invoice clearance in a timely manner
