As Operations Controller you are part of a high-performing Business Control team based in Amersfoort (The Netherlands) and Stavanger (Norway), and you will report to the Supply Chain Business Controlling manager.
In the Operations Controller role, you will be working closely with the Nutreco Supply Chain and Operations team. You will be responsible for setting up the performance measurement reporting for all Nutreco operations entities, ensure visibility and control of all big CAPEX investments of Nutreco and be the finance business partner for strategically important projects such as Operational Excellence and Integrated Business Planning. Your role will be key in achieving next step of performance across all business unit in the globe.
You are at ease with large data sets, can present data in an organized way and are eager to improve current performance reporting. You link easily with multiple stakeholders within and outside of finance throughout the various organizational levels to drive our strategic ambitions and continuously improve the efficiency of our operations.
Next to this, you will be supporting various business-related projects and/or reporting, such as reviews of country performance through reliable reports, but also support in dealing with ad-hoc requests and providing insights and analyses for Nutreco management board and SHV.
