As a P&CI Senior Specialist you are responsible to:
- Drive the deployment and enhancement of the HEINEKEN Risks, Process and Control standards as part of the Digital BackBone programme.
- The P&CI role is responsible for the deliverables of the Process & Control Improvement Workstream, mainly on Design, Construct and Transition/Implementation with a review RTR duties within these roles.
- Support the co-Design, Construct and Deployment of Risk Processes & Controls and Roles and Authorizations as part of the End 2 End Global Process designs, ERP Solution and platforms
- Coordinate & Manage Programme and OpCo P&CI resources & deliverables as part of the programme
- Develop tools and methodologies to support deployment activities w.r.t. Risks, Processes and Controls
- Act as a change agent for relevant stakeholders w.r.t. Risks, Processes and Controls
- Support OpCos through the various program stages and be the first line of call between OpCos and P&CI
- Support with the validation of the Data Migration strategy and review accordingly
- Engage with different types and levels of stakeholders across the organisation
Your profile
In order to be successful in this opportunity we expect you to have:
- Education: Master/University level
- Work experience: 3-7 years
- Required work experience in field of expertise: experience and a solid knowledge base in; accounting, internal controls and risk management.
- Authorisations / segregation of duties, Auditing of ERP systems (e.g. SAP) would be an advantage
- Other fields of expertise: Big4 experience and Project Managing Transformational programs in Multinational environments is an advantage
- Functional skills: Process (end-to-end) oriented thinking, combination of analytical and conceptual thinking. Project management
- Languages: English (excellent verbal and written skills)
- Be able to clearly explain and present results and control initiatives to (senior) stakeholders
- Strong quantitative, statistical and computer skills, ability to perform data analysis with PowerBI/Celonis
- Flexible work attitude to work on parallel initiatives and ownership of your planning
- Certified Operational Audit, IT Audit or Accountancy accreditation is an advantage (CPA, RO, RE, RA for example)

You have a significant role in the financial reporting process that results in the preparation of the consolidated Financial Statements in compliance with IFRS.
