Regional Business Controller

ZEEKR is a premium electric vehicle and technology solutions brand from Geely Holding Group, one of world’s largest privately held automotive companies. The ZEEKR brand and its first car, the 001 designed and developed in Europe, were unveiled at a brand night prior to Shanghai Auto Show in April 2021.

The R&D center was established more than a decade ago in Gothenburg, Sweden, and boasts state-of-the-art facilities and world-class expertise. The engineering team based here works on core technologies including vehicle architectures, powertrain, chassis, and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS). They also collaborate with start-ups, innovation hubs and academia in Sweden and from around the world to pave the way for future sustainable mobility. The Design Center, also located in Gothenburg, is home to a diverse, international team working in disciplines including exterior and interior design, color, materials, human-machine interface (HMI), and digital and physical modeling.

We are actively seeking a Regional Business Controller who can become our Regional Finance Partner and Key Expert from a controlling perspective. If you are someone who is able to take the lead in the coordination between BU and F&C to accommodate ZEEKR's business development, then this might be the perfect opportunity for you.

This is what you will do most of the time:

• Drive company profitability and compliance with internal controls.
• Ensure high-quality financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
• Efficiently design and implement financial processes.
• Act as a key liaison for business case preparations and requests.
• Prepare regular results, KPI reporting, and variance analyses.
• Control budget and monitor cash flow status.
• Plan finances in line with the company's latest developments.
• Maintain a strong internal control system and compliance with guidelines.
• Provide financial evaluation and project tracking.
• Support (cross-) regional projects and conduct scenario analyses.

To be successful in the role we believe that you:

• Academic degree in Business Admin/Engineering with financial qualifications.
• Proficient in Finance and Controlling, strong analytical skills.
• Minimum of 5 years in Sales Controlling, preferably in the auto industry/OEM.
• Strong business understanding, retail financing experience preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proactive with a result-driven work attitude.
• Experience in project management.
• Adaptability to multicultural work environments.
