Your role

Interfood is looking for a Treasury Operations Manager to join the global Treasury and Corporate Finance team in Eindhoven. In this role you are accountable for managing day-to-day liquidity and investments of the group, maintaining and enhancing Interfood’s global cash management infrastructure, and financial exposure modelling. You will also maintain the existing treasury systems infrastructure and manage trade finance and credit products . Additionally, you will challenge the status quo by preparing relevant recommendations for improvements in these area’s and ensure overall compliance with company rules and external regulation.

As our new Treasury Operations Manager you will work on 3 result areas:

Cash and Liquidity Management

Maintain the optimum cash position for the group a including daily monitoring, sweeping and reporting.
Support the commercial team with trade finance products and trade credit solutions
Lead the KYC process including the global bank account management for the group.
Further develop inhouse banking processes, treasury cash policies, and assess (local) funding opportunities.

Treasury Technology

Setup and maintain existing treasury management tooling landscape with Electronic Banking portals, our global TMS (Coupa) and FX applications and interfaces to the ERP environment of the group.
Investigate new technology and solutions to further automate treasury operations such as cash flow forecasting, in-housing banking, etc.

Financial and Credit Risk

Responsible for the global FX landscape and associated credit lines.
Mitigate credit counterparty risk by means of insurance or collateral management.
Reporting on treasury KPIs and create risk awareness on liquidity KPI’s.
Interface to banks for the implementation of trade finance operations products and platforms.
Your profile
Master or MSc or equivalent degree with and emphasis in Finance, Treasury, Business Economics, or Accounting & Control; Additional qualifications are preferred e.g. RT, RC, CFA.
5 years of experience in a similar role or industry.
A good understanding of treasury systems, risk management and liquidity management solutions.
Good communication skills and a proactive attitude.
