ROLE PURPOSE

The Regional Financial Controller (Benelux) will be responsible for the overall finance function of the Netherlands business.

This role will report to the Vice-President Northern Europe and will be based in Amsterdam, Netherlands.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

• Provide value added financial, commercial and accounting support on the existing business and growth opportunities.
• Responsible for all the financial and accounting activities and providing timely and accurate information to management and external bodies.
• Understanding various cost movements and explaining the financials, cost impacts, revenue impacts and changes etc. to management and other commercial managers.
• Managing & handling the monthly and annual close process, including meeting all financial reporting deadlines and presenting the results to management, explaining all variances.
• Liaison, co-ordinate, support, explain and give information during the internal and external audit process and manage the full audit process.
• Complete budgeting at entity level and forecasting.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Qualified RA (for example ACA, CIMA, ACCA).
• Detailed oriented Management accountant.
• Excellent Analytical and comprehending skill including ability to communicate successfully at all levels.
• Knowledge of SUN, Hyperion and Vision Excel preferred.
• Experienced user of Excel must.
• 5+ years post qualification experience.
• Thrive under pressure and excellent team management skills.
• Aviation services, travel or service industry experience is advantageous but not essential.
